Guided Tour by appointment.
Guided Tours are made only by reservation (MINIMUM 4 adult PEOPLE ) from MONDAY to FRIDAY at 10 am or 2 pm.
We suggest you to make your reservation request at least 3 WORKING DAYS in ADVANCE by filling out the following form or

. We'll reply to you informing you about our current availability. To confirm the visit, remember to reply to the email we will send you.
We are an artisan company and is not easy for us to arrange a last minute request or Friday requests for the following Monday. To guarantee you a better experience we don't accept last minute bookings or people who show up on the spot.

For special needs we are also available on Saturday morning and the first Sunday of the month.(MINIMUM GROUP of 8 adult PEOPLE)
Please be on time. In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes the tour is not guaranteed. The tour can be done in Italian, English or French (subject to availability).
By filling out the form you are making a request for availability. To confirm the tour you must reply to our availability confirmation email and proceed with payment following the instructions sent via email. Pre-payment needed 1 week before the tour.

Note
Children are welcome, it is a pleasure for us to explain to the new generations how a top quality prosciutto is made. Consider that the visit takes place in a workspace, please be careful and keep the children by your side.
Baby child: In case of your baby use stroller consider that for food safety reasons it’s not possible to enter in the production area with stroller. We suggest backpack or baby carrier if needed.
Stroller could be parked in our tasting room.

We suggest comfortable shoes because you have to wear protective footwear during the tour.
