The Guide “I Salumi d’Italia” by L’Espresso is a guide dedicated to the Cured Meat sector that put together the best Italian producer all around the peninsula.
Our Ham Gran Riserva took 4 “spilli” (pins).

“At the beginning of the ’70 Graziano begins his dream: a small ham factory run with his wife Luisa. Then the sons Simone and Andrea lead the new plant, always with the aim of combining tradition and innovation, taste and food safety. Today the Casa Graziano company looks ahead with confidence, respecting a the long time seasoning: the secrets of the goodness of Casa Graziano Prosciutto.
To taste PDO Parma Ham 24 months included in the Guide with 4 “spilli”: sweet, delicate and tasty. Also excellent the 30 months.”
This is our first recognition in a sector guide focused on cured meat. This makes us proud and we would like to say thanks to those who choose our prosciutto and the work of our family every day because the positive opinion of our customers is the first step for the enhancement of a quality product that brings with it the values of the Italian artisan tradition.
