We will introduce you to our products that have just been included in the Grandi Salumi guide of Gambero Rosso and we will tell you about our latest creation in the best possible way: “Cuor di Casa”, our long-seasoning artisan ham (up to 36 months) to satisfy customers who love intense flavors and long seasoning.
